How it works

Step one: You book and pay. After payment, you'll be taken straight to my calendar to choose your session time.

Step two: You complete your intake form. You'll receive a detailed intake form by email. This is where the real work begins. The more you put in here, the more useful the session will be. I read everything before we speak.

Step three: We get on the call. 60 minutes, 1:1, on video. No warming up, no scene-setting — we go straight in. I come prepared, and so do you.
